DRIVING LICENCE - AGE OF USER

For groups B, C and D the minimum age requirement is 21 with at least one year of a valid driving licence. For group F  the minimum age requirement is 24 with at least two years of a valid driving licence and for group H the minimum age requirement is 26 with at least two years of a valid driving licence.

PAYMENT - DEPOSIT

Any credit cards which are valid paying rates are accepted. As a deposit, 500 USD cash or blanch of credit card is taken.

RENTAL PERIOD and DELAY OF DELIVERY

The minimum rental time is 24 hours. For rentals extending 24 hours,there will be carried of the applied wage for every hour in case of delay. For delays extending 5 hours in total, the price for a whole day plus C-D-W (collision damage waiver) will be charged.

DELIVERY and COLLECTION CHARGES

Free delivery and collections of cars at Master Car Rental stations and airport offices within office hours.Delivery and collection can be made at hotels,otels,business houses,train stations,bus stations and marinas.Delivery and collection outside the city limits of Master Car Rental are charged per kilometre to the nearest master car Rental station.If the delivery and collectionstations are different,one-way drop charge is applied.

LEAVING THE COUNTRY

Vehicles belonging to MASTER CAR RENTAL are not allowed to be taken abroad.

FINES - TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

By paying the extra charge for insurance the renter can be exempt from the responsibilities that may arise from a damage or accident.
Vehicle damages are covered by the C-D-W ( collision damage waiver) Third party insurance coverage is determined by the Turkish Republic government according to the law. Insurance does not cover tyre punctures, windscreen or headlight breakages and theft of spare tyre. By paying an additional charge for insurance the renter can be exempt from these responsibilities.

IN ORDER FOR INSURANCE TO REMAIN VALID

Reckless driving must be avoided and in case of an accident, the lessee must not be found to be fully responsible for the accident, the lessee must stay free from alcohol and drugs when driving, legal speed limits must be obeyed.

The alcohol and traffic reports must have been drawn up before the automobile is moved from the place of accident, and delivered to MASTER CAR RENTAL no later than 48 hours after the incident.

The driver must be recorded in the rental contract, the automobile must not be driven by drivers without driving licences.
In the event of accident, the client must call +90 252 692 4477 and report the situation as soon as possible.

OTHER SERVICES

Under the conditions that it has been notified at least 48 hours before;

Baby seats, luggage racks will be provided,  ( per rental )

Snow Chains is free of charge.

Driver and Tourist Guide provided upon request.

MASTER CAR RENTAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE TYPES MENTIONED THE PRICE LIST WITH PRICES AND CONDITIONS, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
