Mountain Paragliding & Parachuting
 Babadağ and Belcekız is becoming a popular centre for paragliders.
After half an hour drive to the summit of Babadağ, you can have an opportunity to fly single or tandem paragliding and land softly on Belcekız Beach.
Good wind conditions, thermals reaching up to 4000 meters ASL, fantastic views and proximity to the sea, make Oludeniz one of the safest scenic places to fly in the world.
Every year many paragliding schools bring their students to Oludeniz. The students get the possibility to fly several times a day, staying in the air for over an hour, doing SIV courses and XC flights.
There are several commercial tandem companies, whose pilots fly those who want to experience life on the wing, and view the world from a different angle There are two main take-offs, one at 1900 meters, and the other at 1700 meters. These are reached by a 4-wheel 27 km drive up through the cedar forests. When the road is closed by snow during winter months, a take off over the sea at 800 meters is used.
